Gabriel is a member of the Brazilian BAR Association (OAB) and worked as a Legal Officer and Judicial Affairs Officer at the largest International Organizations working in Peace, Security and Human Rights.

He holds a Law Degree by   Universidade Federal do Parana (Brazil), and a Double-Master degree in Human Rights & Multi-Level Governance by University of Padova (Italy) and International Relations by the University of Wroclaw (Poland).

Tech curious, constant learner, worked, volunteered and contributed to many projects on democratization, conflict prevention, intercultural mediation, sustainability and international cooperation.
